MANEUVERABILITY

The 18-24m Narrowfold gives the productivity of a large machine, but has the maneuverability expected of a smaller machine. Designed not only to handle tight turns in small paddocks and fold quickly to get to the next field, but also can be easily transported longer distances using a low loader with no dis-assembly required.

EFFICIENCY

A great choice for operations with staff shortages or a large planting programme thanks to the operational efficiencies gained from both the wider machinery and the narrow transport width and the ease of folding.

NDF Auto Fold Kit
The optional Auto Fold Kit works on an air over hydraulic mechanism to engage a drive clutch that operates the drive motors for folding.
The process makes it easy for a single operator to fold the machine in approximately 1-2 minutes by eliminating the need to climb in and out of the cab multiple times.

Importantly we designed the optional Auto Fold Kit to be "Electrical free" as per the usual NDF signature!

NDF Contour Flex Option
The NDF Contour Flex design enables the operator to take contour banks in their stride with up to 1.2m? flex up and down on the wings.
The 18m and 24m wings and frames have been completely revamped to accomodate the new option.

When not required, simply lock out the wings to disengage the Contour mode.

NDF Auto Downforce Option
The patented NDF Auto Donwforce allows the units to automatically adjust airbag pressures to best suit the ground conditions.
Master units across the width of the planter receive feedback of changes in ground engagement pressure and adjust air supply to the airbags - ensuring optimum downforce is achieved while planting.

The system is pneumatic for ease of troubleshooting in the event of an issue during operation.
